The Sparkles website isn’t working, where can I get help?

If the Sparkles site isn’t loading properly, please try the following:
  • Update your device and/or browser;
  • Clear your cache;
  • Disconnect then reconnect your wallet to Sparkles;
  • Ensure you are on the Songbird network; and
  • Adjust security settings that could be preventing the browser from loading images.
If none of the above resolve the issue, contact us through our Discord.
